I make custom templates for those who want a more original looking design. I use istockphoto & Shabby Princess for most of my designs which allows you to have more control over the look of your template. You are also welcome to use your own files- but I do not discount for the use of your own graphics.
I try to keep my rates low so that ANYONE can own their own unique blog design. Below are my prices and terms:
Template Prices:
Custom header: $80
this includes the design of the header, installation, and one small istockphoto. (kits are not included in the price)
Custom Template: $100
this includes the design of the header, columns, and background. Installation and one small istockphoto (kits are not included in the price)
Fab Custom Template: $150
this includes the design of the header, columns, background, blog button, signature and 4 sidebar headers. Installation and one small istockphoto (kits are not included in the price)
Flash Custom Template: $180 example here
This includes a flash header (which is a slideshow of still images), columns, background, blog button, signature and installation (istockphotos and kits are not included in the price)
Animated Custom Template: $190
This includes a animated gif header, columns, background, blog button, signature, and Installation and one small istockphoto (kits are not included in the price)
Blog Based Website: $275 examples here, here and here
an alternative to traditional websites, this package includes a home page, three linked blog pages ($50 per additional page), includes one small istockphoto. (kits are not included in the price)
Custom Logo: $100
includes one small istockphoto
Blog Customizations: $25 per hour minimum (examples: blog installation, add/remove columns, changing colors or images- or any other customization outside of what is included in the packages above)

If you would like to have a custom blog made there are a few steps you need to take before contacting me.
1) pay the $50 deposit to secure your spot on my list, it on a first come first serve basis.
2) Select your photo(s) at either istockphoto, an image from your own personal collection, or a kit from Shabby Princess (note: shabby princess kits are not included in any package listed above, it will add an $30 to the cost)
3) Once you have selected your photo or kit- you can CONTACT ME. You need to provide your blog name, address, Theme, number of columns, preferred colors and the link to your chosen istockphoto or kit. (please do not purchase the istockphotos or kits yourself- I must purchase them to obtain proper licensing)
4) Once all the previous steps are completed I will secure your spot on my list- you will receive a confirmation email. I will contact you once I am ready to begin your blog template and from there I will correspond with you to make your blog layout to your preferences.
